Was very disappointed when I ordered package , I did not get Tevo. Not installers fault....but sales office when I called as they dropped the ball....they were more worried about a bill they said was mine...which it wasn't. So instead of being held hostage and not able to run my part time business with internet and bankrupt me I had to pay a bill from like 10 or 12 years ago. Never mind that there are statues of limitations on stuff like that....including me looking like a nut trying to file a police report. Was told nothing can be done as to much time elapsed Never mind, Service Electric has thier own set of rules and dont have to follow laws the rest of us have to follow. As they have thier own kingdom and think they are the best in the business and higher than Queen Elizabeth.
