Dehumidifier can go in the mechanical room. We would need a box and half of 10 inch flex and one splice collar to run the duct up into the encapsulated crawlspace. We would need about 15 feet of 14 gauge Romax wire GFI box and cover. Eaton 15a breaker single pole. The drain would drain into the floor drain next to where the units going to be. There are no crawlspace vents. About three hours to install. They also want a price to add an Iwave to their Bosch system
Was informed unit wasn’t keeping up. The unit utilizes R 22 refrigerant. Check capacitor was still in range. Amp drive compressor 5.8 fan motor was .8 A check refrigerant charge. 68/179 sh6. Sc7. Temperature difference was 18°. Can find any reason why the unit wouldn’t come on yesterday when there was a call for cooling as there’s no float switches in the crawlspace on the equipment.
Replaced condensate pump and removed additional water from pan - cycled system to check operation and flow of drain. Covered under warranty per laurie
Furnish labor and materials to deep clean (9) Indoor Power Heads and replace condensate pump
Found drainpan full causing unit to shut off on float switch - removed all water from pan - cycled unit to check operation - checked operation of unit drain line, unit trap, unit condensate pump - noticed that condensate pump operates only when the pump is almost totally full leaving a period of time where water has an opportunity to leak out between the seam of the pump and the condensate tray. Did not find any damp insulation or any evidence of a leak in the furnace. Did not find any evidence of a cracked drain pan. Ordered replacement low profile condensate pump - will call with pricing and availability.

AC8B024F1A W0B8647536 Condenser fan motor for attic unit Found system condenser fan motor has failed and needs to be replaced. Ordered replacement fan motor arrival expected in 2-3 days. Customer will not be available after Friday.
Was informed that there’s insulation in the vents so they wanted me to go under the house to look for any penetrations half of the duct system is inaccessible I did find one hole in some 6 inch flex, but I don’t think I can get past the beam to get to it. can’t see any other holes. But the backside of the house is very tight to the ground. The only way to get back there is pull the flex out and redo the ductwork.
