Found system low on refrigerant maybe 8oz- 1 lb r-22 explained system refrigerant has been lost from system and is indicative of a leak in the refrigerant circuit. System still has enough capacity to cool at lower outdoor temperatures but as outdoor temperatures raise the system will begin to freeze up. Recommended replacement of system but also explained a way to use the system to get more time out of it. Set up an appointment for estimate on Thursday 7/18 at 8 am. Applied $25 newsletter coupon.

Furnace is cycling off on high limit. This is an R 22 system in order to get to the coil. We wouldhave to cut a 2 inch pipe and the drain pipe to get the door off and possibly get to the coil. tested heat pump operation. No issues found there. I would start considering replacing your system as it is well over 20 years
