We replaced the filter. Was pretty dirty. Everything else looks good.

Inspection of indoor and outdoor coils and drains. Found Honeywell UV bulb has failed, 16x25x5 filter good for another 6 months minimum. System is from 2016 and is 9 years old. System is r410a refrigerant that has started to be phased out by the industry but expected to still be serviceable for the time being. Expected lifespan for a heat pump in this market is estimated to be 10-15 years but with routine maintenance can extend life expectancy longer.

Found system condensate pump unplugged causing unit not to come on due to condensate pump float switch engaged. After plugging in condensate pump everything came on and cycled normally. Did not find any other issues with system.
