Power board is not putting up power to the front board talk to Tech support. They want us to replace the power board and then see if the control board is bad as well. When we replaced the power board, we will be checking all the wires in that area to verify that they weren’t chewed on by the rodent. Replaced power board and checked all wiring inside outdoor unit. Everything started up and ran normally!

We replace batteries on tune up. Terminal of where batteries go had a lot of corrosion on it. I removed metal piece and was able to get the corrosion off with sand paper. Now that contacts are clean the thermostat is powered. If the scene goes blank then we should replace tstat. Furnace only

Addition of remote indoor temperature sensor for art room unit. Adjusted fan speed for office unit per customer request. Customer may be interested in remote temperature sensor for Mitsubishi office unit if fan speed adjustment doesn't help cool down office room.

Set downstairs master bedroom, damper to zero. This will prevent the downstairs from over cooling. With the art room door open it seems to me that it’s pulling the warm air from the hallway into this room. When I arrived art room thermostat was 75 and set to 75. I close the door drop the thermostat to 70 and Within 10 to 15 minutes our room temperature is 72. Check the programming of the zone control to verify that second stage comes on timed.
