Ac tuneup. I think The rattling noise was coming from a register. I made an adjustment to it started and stopped the unit three times I couldn’t hear another rattle.
Tune up on all heads, air handlers and out door units . No issues Dehumidifier in art room was not working. Cycled off and on. System started working. Call tech-support they recommend we replace the internal board and user interface board. They estimate 10 days until parts arrive.Being that there was a call for Dehumidification in the master bedroom And the dehumidifier was not working. The air handler blower was still running. This would cause over cooling and humidity being that if another Device on that system was running would make the coil in the original air handler cold and wet from condensation. Once the dehumidifier parts are changed the warm air that comes out of the dehumidifier will warm the air going across the cold coil therefore no longer getting over cold and it will remove the humidity on that coil as it runs.
