Set downstairs master bedroom, damper to zero. This will prevent the downstairs from over cooling. With the art room door open it seems to me that it’s pulling the warm air from the hallway into this room. When I arrived art room thermostat was 75 and set to 75. I close the door drop the thermostat to 70 and Within 10 to 15 minutes our room temperature is 72. Check the programming of the zone control to verify that second stage comes on timed.

Replaced dehumidifier under warranty and tested system and float switch operation. The warranty of this dehumidifier ends in September. Also replaced batteries on outdoor sensor with lithium batteries. If this doesn't resolve the issue may have to replace wireless outdoor sensor.

Thermostat subbase was convex on wall causing thermostat to disconnect from EIM and shut off dehumidifier. Reseated subbase, shimmed behind it and made sure sits flat against the wall. Adjusted dehumidifier to make sure runs efficiently - system achieved 45% humidity in 15 minutes. Flushed drains cleaned float switches to insure no drainage issues. Everything else looks and runs great! Covered under workmanship and satisfaction guarantee.
