We have a “learning” HVAC system that can be quite complicated. The company we hired to install it tried to turn off its learning mode in order to make it easier to maintain. In doing so, they botched the install and created a maintenance nightmare. We switched to Comfort Central because they knew how our system was designed to operate and quickly corrected the installation problems. We credit Cameron with diagnosing the problem and making it operate efficiently. He’s one smart dude!
Cameron was in and out on a Saturday morning that was appreciated. He always keeps us informed on each step in the process.
Cameron was early and let us know and completed work quickly.
We were without heat heading into the holiday weekend and reached out to Comfort Central on Friday afternoon. They had us scheduled for following morning at 8:00. Cameron was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to repair our heat pump and update the software. We had heat for our family at Christmas!
Our need to have a warm home for Christmas guest was answered above and beyond by Comfort Central. The service technician, Cameron, was thorough and diligent in correcting wiring problems and updating our equipment with the latest software updates. He’s a genius. Planning to switch from our current service provider to Comfort Central.
Kevin, Jay, and the team at Comfort Central met and exceeded our expectations with the design and installation of our new HVAC system and whole house dehumidifier. The process was efficient and the team always arrived on time, exactly when they said they would. Jay took time to explain the details of the new system and answered each question with professional care and concern. I would highly recommend Comfort Central.
I was once again impressed with the technical competence of a representative of Comfort Central. Jay did not assume anything about the problem at hand but systematically and thoroughly analyzed and solved it. Customer service, high quality level and consistency of performance set this company apart from any competitor in the area of air conditioner and heating service.
