Cameron, once again, provided excellent service on our HVAC system. He also cleared the evaporation line and emptied the back-up bucket on our crawlspace dehumidifier. Hello. A couple of things about your service. I appreciate the timely service call. Cameron came early and I was not back at the home yet, so he called me and let me know the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I authorized that. Later, I learned from another associate that the wiring was not up to code and that I needed a major electrical repair before the new motor could be installed. Cameron had not mentioned that. I was able to get that done before the blower motor was replaced. My understanding is the blower motor was replaced and the system is now working well. I did not receive any follow up call after the job was complete to let me know everything was finished and in working order. Overall, a nice guy and I appreciate the service very much. I was just hoping for better communication.

While we were away on vacation, our son contacted us to explain that our heat was out. The local temps were in the single digits! My phone call to Comfort Central was answered on the 3rd ring. He was very thorough and checked all the wiring amperage, safety switches etc. and took time to explain everything to me and teach me about the gas furnace and heat pump. That was very helpful because we moved from Florida and had only electric heat in the attic. It was a very good experience. And he was right on time for the appointment.
