No heat Heat pump breaker was reset this morning. Started system forced into high speed ramped up to 60 Hz. Couldn’t find any issues. Cycled system five times. May have just been a glitch on the computer board that had locked it out and needed a hard reset
Removed eco settings from thermostat and cycled system to check operation. System will now operate in a permanent hold mode maintaining setpoint temperature. Thermostat works as programmed and intended. Equipment works as intended. Believe system had struggled to maintain temperature as system would slip into "vacation" or "eco" settings and set the thermostat back from an unrecoverable position during extreme temperatures. Recommended watching system for a couple of days and reporting back how system is maintaining temperature now.
