Jay seemed very competent technically. We encountered a problem with my fuse box being poorly labelled, but he was able to figure it out pretty quickly. He arrived on time both days and overall it only took about 1 hour longer than projected. Did a good job cleaning up the worksite.

Replaced thermostat and tested system operation.system is now working properly

Replaced blower motor on system and tested operation. Blower motor is pulling 2.3 amps Heat strips are pulling 40.5 amps. System is working to manufacturer specifications.
Replaced humidifier solenoid and check operation of humidifier.
Found intermittent no heat caused by slow drainage of furnace collector box causing unit pressure switch to not make when water level is high in unit. Disassembled drain trap and cleaned out drain of all sediment. Primed trap and added water to drain lines to ensure system drain is working properly. Checked condensate pump operation. Everything runs normally again.
