Cameron came out to address an air distribution box in our attic that was damaged. He was able to repair the box without having to replace it. While he was there He also made some changes to the tubing to improve airflow.
As usual, Cameron is smart and efficient. His knowledge of his trade is comprehensive and deep. He prepares by reviewing my records before he arrives. Overall, this was once again an excellent experience.
Cameron is always very informative and lets you know exactly the services he is performing.
Cameron was very thorough in his service. At the end he recapped all that he had done and gave me some tips on what I could do to maintain the system in between checkups.
Our heat quit working and it is only a few years old. I called Comfort Central and they were able to get someone out within 24 hours. Jay had the necessary parts and components on his van and had the system running within a short period of time. I was pleased that the cost was reasonable as well.
We’ve used Comfort Central for several years and have always been satisfied with their service. This year our 20 year old furnace started malfunctioning just when the weather turned cold. They were able to find and order a replacement part and get it repaired within a couple of days. As soon as it was available they had a technician here and it was fully functional

Found system blower motor capacitor had failed causing unit blower not to come on. Replaced capacitor and cycled system to check operation - found loose connection at low voltage relay - repaired connection and checked operation of outdoor unit. Refrigerant balance is within normal ranges - electrical draws within manufacturers specifications. Do not believe a hard/soft start kit would be necessary for system operation.
