Hello. A couple of things about your service. I appreciate the timely service call. Cameron came early and I was not back at the home yet, so he called me and let me know the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I authorized that. Later, I learned from another associate that the wiring was not up to code and that I needed a major electrical repair before the new motor could be installed. Cameron had not mentioned that. I was able to get that done before the blower motor was replaced. My understanding is the blower motor was replaced and the system is now working well. I did not receive any follow up call after the job was complete to let me know everything was finished and in working order. Overall, a nice guy and I appreciate the service very much. I was just hoping for better communication.
