Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Attic Air Handler):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Checked pleated 1" filtration. * Confirmed filter sizes: 2 - 20x20, 5 - 14x14. * Confirmed indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Confirmed blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House Heat Pump):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected electrical components: blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured return air temperature: 68.0°F. * Measured supply air temperature: 51.6°F and 49.4°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line.
