Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Verified the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1) and noted the customer will replace it themselves. Observed the indoor coil condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. Tested and confirmed the following electrical components are working within specifications: Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good working order: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, Secondary Drain Pan, and Ductwork. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 112.6°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Conf
