Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the attic closet. * Indoor coil is in good, clean condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the roof. * Outdoor coil is in good, clean condition and was cleaned. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties are all working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Inspected Components (Good Condition):** * Blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires are secured, and ductwork are all in good condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the return grills and th
