12/19/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit completely frozen up and the condenser on despite not receiving low voltage to run. This was due to the contactor being stuck closed which kept the unit on despite not receiving voltage. This caused the entire unit to freeze up due to the fact that all other components remained off. I replaced the faulty contactor with truck stock and tested the unit. The new contactor is functioning correctly however I wasn’t able to test the rest of the unit due to how frozen the coil is. The customer would like us to come back next week to test the rest of the system to verify the unit is fine. Customer will not be home next week but she gave me the code to the front door and her card is on file so we can preform the follow up without her on location. This unit is off until it thaws Unit is covered under a parts warranty.
