Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Verified the indoor unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (12x12x1). **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Defrost Control Board * Electrical Wiring * Electric Heat Strip Kit Safety's * Inspected the following components, all found to be in good working order: * Blower Wheel * Secondary Drain Pan * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured
