Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space): Replaced the 201 accordion filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, heat strip kit, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. System Checks: Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 107.2°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch.
