Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the attic/garage. Checked the pleated 20x25x4 filter; condition is fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Condition of the outdoor coil is fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line. Cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Other Checks: Return air temperature: 75.0°F.
