Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Checked the 12x24x1 washable filter; it's in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and verified the blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. * Confirmed the condensate drain line is connected and strapped down. * Cleared the drain line, cleaned out the primary and secondary pans, and tested the safety switch. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 63.0°F.
