Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage/Attic):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. * Replaced the filters with the customer's spare antimicrobial filters (sizes 3-12x12x1 and 1-20x25x1). **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, confirming they are working properly: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. * Inspected the following components and found them to be in good working condition: Blower Wheel, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork.
