Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Laundry Room Closet):** * Replaced the pleated 1" air filter (18x18) with a spare provided by the customer. * Observed the indoor coil is dirty and in poor condition; recommended a duct cleaning. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Determined there was no data tag. * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires are secured, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **Temperature Readings:** * Recorded a ret
