Today, I arrived on site to perform a summer tune-up on the HVAC system. * Overall equipment condition is fair. * Indoor unit is located in the closet; it is an air handler servicing the whole home. * Filtration was checked with a pleated 1" filter, size 20x20x1. * Indoor coil condition is good but dirty. * Outdoor unit is located in the backyard; it is a heat pump. * Outdoor coil condition is fair and was cleaned today. * Electrical components inspected include: * Condenser Fan Motor - working properly * Compressor - working properly * Compressor Run Capacitor - working properly * Fan Run Capacitor - working properly * Contactor - working properly * Electrical Wiring - working properly * No electrical components found not working properly. * The following components are in good condition and working properly: * Blower Wheel * Electrical Wires Secured * Primary Drain Pan * Secondary Drain Pan * No components were found in poor condition. * Carbon monoxide testing
