Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and service tasks: **INDOOR Unit (Air Handler):** * Replaced the existing 20x25x5 pleated filter with a new one provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, blower run capacitor, and electrical wiring. * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working condition. **OUTDOOR Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Verified proper operation of the condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System-Wide Checks:** * Measured a return air temperature of 64.0°F and a supply air temperature of 126.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned both the primary and secondary drain pans. * Te
