Today, I arrived on site to perform winter maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Overall Equipment Condition: Fair condition noted for the indoor unit. Outdoor unit in good condition and clean. Indoor Unit Details: Located in a closet as an air handler. Servicing the downstairs area. Pleated 1" filter checked today; customer has spare filters for self-replacement. Filter size is 20x20x1. Outdoor Unit Details: Located on the side of the house as a heat pump. Electrical Components: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring tested and found to be working properly within manufacturer specs. Inspections: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, and Electrical Wires secured in good condition. No components found in poor condition.
