Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Temperature Readings:** * Return air temperature: 72.0°F. * Supply air tem
