Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Attic Air Handler):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" air filters (18x18x1 and 10x24x1) with customer-supplied spares. * Confirmed the indoor coil was in fair, clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House Heat Pump):** * Observed the unit to be in fair, clean condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. * Inspected the following components and confirmed they are in good working order: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Secondary Drain Pan. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0/76 degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 113.0/107 degrees Fahr
