Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet and services the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 20x20x1) with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Testing and Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 74.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 118.0°F. * Cleared the cond
