11/07/2025- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty thermostat with a T6 pro. After the installation of the new thermostat I tested the unit in every mode of operation and I have verified that the unit is working properly and without issue. This unit is heating/cooling properly at the time of service. Since the customer wasn’t home during the installation of the new thermostat, I emailed him the invoice and I left the thermostat manual on the desk in the room next to the thermostat.
