Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. The overall equipment condition is good. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the crawl space, servicing the downstairs area. * Indoor coil condition is good and clean. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 14x20x1) using the customer's spare filters. * Blower motor, blower run capacitor, and electrical wiring tested and working within specifications. * Blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secondary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork inspected and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Outdoor coil condition is good. * Compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, and contactor tested and working within specifications. **System Checks:** * Return air temperature: 77.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 55.2°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the sa
