Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Package Unit): Observed the indoor coil in fair condition; performed a brush cleaning. Noted the unit is a package unit servicing the whole home. Observed the customer has spare 1" pleated filters and will replace them. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit): Observed the outdoor coil in good, clean condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Measurements: Recorded a return air temperature of 77.0°F and a supply air temperature of 58.0°F. Final Steps: Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation.
