Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in closet; unit services the whole home. Replaced pleated 1" filters; customer provided (2) 18x18x1 spare filters. Indoor coil condition: Fair, clean. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on side of house. Outdoor coil condition: Good, clean. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are all working within manufacturer's specifications. System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition): Blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. Condensate Drain System: Cleared drain line.
