Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Attic, Garage): Replaced the 20x20 pleated filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition and clean. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in good condition and clean. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good working order. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 51.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch.
