Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. * Observed the indoor coil is in fair condition. * Replaced the 24x24x1 pleated 1" filter. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil is in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and compressor start capacitor; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secondary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain:** * Cleared the drain line and tested the safety switch. **Other:** * Replaced the batteries in the thermostat and te
