Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up, ensuring the system is currently working properly. **Indoor Unit (Attic/Garage):** * Verified the unit services the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 2-6" filter (size SG600). * Checked the new filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components (Tested & Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Components (Inspected & Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan and secondary pan. * Tested the safety switch
