Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Crawl Space): Replaced the 20x25 pleated filter. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. System Performance: Carbon monoxide levels tested at 0.00 PPM. Measured a return air temperature of 76.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 129.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
