Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Furnace in Garage):** * Replaced the accordion filter (size 401 apr). * Customer requested additional filters for future service. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the condensate pump. **Testing & Measurements:** * Tested for carbon monoxide; result was 0.00 PPM. * Measured return air temperature at 75.0°F and supply air temperature at 114.4°F. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat and restored power to the units. * Tested thermostat operation.
