Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Verified the filter size as 20x20 with a pleated 1" filter. * Determined the indoor coil condition to be fair and clean. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Determined the outdoor coil condition to be fair and clean. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, and compressor. * Confirmed blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within specifications. **Inspected Components (Good Condition):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. *
