11/05/2025- I arrived on site to preform the wintertime maintenance visit for both units at this location. I tested both units and found all electrical components to be working within specifications and without issue for both units. I cleaned and cleared all drain lines and verified all are draining properly at this time. Both 20x25x4 air filters have also been replaced at this visit. I have confirmed that both units are heating and cooling properly at the time of service. During this tuneup the customer has signed up and paid for a silver level maintenance plan for both of her units. I removed the one time tuneup charge and only collected for the maintenance plan. This tuneup will count as her first maintenance visit. All equipment is working properly at this time.
