Diagnostic/ Blank thermostat. Checked for voltage and found none at the thermostat. Checked the air handler and found no voltage making it to the air handler contactor. The high voltage was getting cut off at the load shed box for the Generac. I bypassed the Generac module and got voltage to the air handler. I tested operations and the system is heating properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
