Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on the system, confirming it's currently working properly. * **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the Respicare filter (19x20) with a spare provided by the customer. * **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. * **System Components (Inspected and Good):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch to ensure proper function.
