Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Observed the indoor unit in fair condition, located in the closet. Replaced the 20x20x5 pleated air filter. Noted the customer wants us to provide additional filters for a charge. Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Observed the outdoor unit in fair condition, located in the back yard.
