Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the garage/attic. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. Confirmed the pleated 1" filter size is 20x25x1 & 12x12x1. Customer has spare filters and will replace them. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Observed the outdoor coil to be in good and clean condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor. Confirmed electrical wiring is working properly. Components Inspected and in Good Condition: Blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and secondary drain pan are all in good working order.
