Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Checked the 14x20x1 antimicrobial filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all were in good working order. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all were working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 114.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapp
