Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time tune up on the system. **Indoor Unit Service:** * Located the indoor unit in the closet. * Noted the unit services the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20) with a spare the customer provided. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit Service:** * Located the outdoor unit on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Component Testing:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, electrical wiring, and contactor, all working within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires, all in good working condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secon
