Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced five 16x16 pleated 1" filters provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer's specifications. * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires are secured, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **System Performance:** * Retur
