Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Furnace in Crawl Space):** * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1). Customer will replace it with their own. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean. **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool in Back Yard):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. * Carbon monoxide levels tested at 0.00 PPM. * Measured return air temperature at 68.0°F and supply air temperature at 108.3°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is
