Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Checked the pleated 1" filter (16x24x1) and noted its condition as fair. Observed the indoor coil condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all components are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all components are in good condition and working properly. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 120.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch.
