Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Package Unit): Overall condition noted as fair. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (16x16x1). Indoor coil condition is fair. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit): Located on the side of the house. Outdoor coil condition is fair. Electrical Components: Verified proper operation and amperage within manufacturer specifications for: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Components: Inspected and confirmed proper working condition of: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork Measurements & Adjustments: Return air temperature: 72.0°F. Supply air temperature: 110.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Restored power to the units. Checked the batteries in the thermostat
