Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Furnace):** * Located in the garage. * Washed the washable 20x25x5 filter. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, inducer draft motor, furnace control board, and electrical wiring; all are working properly. * Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (CONDENSER):** * Located on the side of the house (straight cool). * Outdoor coil condition is fair. **System Performance:** * Carbon monoxide levels tested at 0.00 PPM. * Return air temperature measured at 71.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature measured at 98.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Tested thermostat operations and restored power to the units.
