Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Replaced the 16x20 pleated filter with a spare Respicare filter provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, and verified they are in good working condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring, and verified they are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 113.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, a
