Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage): Checked the 1" pleated filter (18x24x1). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, all found to be in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Secondary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 140.2°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Restored power to the units and test
